Oh Jim, Bones does love you, he's just too damaged to say it. His puppy dog eyes speak louder than words. *snuggles them both* Also, I totally squeed out loud at the Chapel reveal, I knew something was up with her. Woohoo, Chapel to the rescue! I love badassspy!Chapel, though I'm already cringing imagining the fallout between Sulu and Chekov. Bitchy!Chekov is hilarious even when I want to smack him, and I kinda want to marry your Sulu. I started reading these for Jim and Bones, but I fell in love with Sulu somewhere along the way. He's just that awesome. :)
I don't think I've commented on the previous chapters, but I just wanted to say how awesome I think this story is. Like all the others, it's so...joyful. I suppose that sounds wrong with all the angst in this installment, but that's what your stories always leave me with, a sense of joy. Whenever I see that you've posted something in this 'verse, I know my day is about to get better. So thank you for sharing it. :)
(Also, I kinda want a Team Enterprise bowling shirt now. And I haven't set foot in a bowling alley since....uh, junior high, maybe? God I feel old.)
