What, you may be asking?
Nothing major. Just THIS.
We made an offer last night; they countered. We countered their counter. They countered again and offered some help with the closing costs. We accepted!
Now I just have to cull everything I own and pack forever. I'm thinking about donating my washer and dryer to Habitat for Humanity and keeping the ones left in the house. We're replacing the appliances in the kitchen because the oven's not self cleaning (you'd think that isn't a big deal but my God you would be SO wrong), the refrigerator is old, and we're getting an over the range microwave. We found a set of all four major appliances at Lowe's for $2500 including installation, so we're going to order them when it gets closer to move-in day.
We close December 15th. I have a Spanish final but lol forever I'll work something out. I think I want to move in on the 16th and 17th. Dun dun dun dun dunnnnnnn.
Also I'm totally keeping the red. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I love it. It's so bold, and I always said I wanted a lot of color in my house. It's perfect.
